Our portfolio management team is committed to maximizing the efficiency of running your Community while minimizing the expenses and the time you spend on it. We have contracts available on a one or three year term.

On-Site Management

We understand and appreciate the value in providing residents the attention they deserve. We offer on-site managerial, admistrative and maintenance support to accommodate the residents on a full time or part time basis. On-site management keeps us more in touch with the detailed needs of the homeowners within your Association. We offer contracts on a one year to a three year term.

A-La-Carte/Consultation Services

So you don’t need a full service Management Company? Greystone Management offers a la carte services so you can customize what you need to suit your Association. How many communities does your company manage?

Greystone Management Company currently handles approximately 30 communities throughout Central Florida.

How many staff members will be working with your communities?

A licensed Community Association Manager, an Administrative Assistant, and one member of our accounting staff will be assigned to the community.

What property management software do you use?

Greystone utilizes the CINC Operating System which is Industry Specific to the Association Management Industry.

Do you have a strategy to encourage residents to pay their fees or suggestions to keep EVERYONE current?

Our company-wide delinquency rate is less than 2%. Again, as part of our initial meetings, we will recommend a collection policy that seems to work very well in our other communities and one of which we are very proud.
